Dr Shrirang Upasni has been practicing Homeopathy for over 10 years.

Being a Doctor, he takes good care of himself and follows a healthy lifestyle. One day he was out with friends when one of them remarked about a gaping hole in his otherwise thick and healthy head of hair.

Dr Shree did not believe it and thought the friend was just teasing, knowing he was insecure about his hair.

Coming from a family of men with full heads of hair, Dr Shree never thought he would face this issue at his age. But there it was...the proof was in the mirror.

Being on the front line, the sanitation protocol during the pandemic had taken its toll on his skin and hair due to numerous hot showers, harsh soaps, and sanitisers.

Understanding the need and the urgency to stop his hair fall and regain his crowning glory, he conceptualised the My Hair Fitness program.
